Our Admissions

The Village School maintains an enrollment process and lottery independent of Eugene District 4J and is not included in the 4J School Choice process. Applications are due Monday, March 16th, 2026.

Applications for Siblings or Children of Staff:

Priority applications for siblings of current Village School students or children of staff members submit a separate application form (click here). These applications are due by Friday, January 29th.

 

Applications for Returning Students:

If you are planning to re-enroll your student for the 2026 - 27 school year, please fill out the intent to return form (click here). These applications are due by January 29th.

Prospective Parent Information: 
 

• We held our parent info meeting on Wednesday, January 21st, 5:30PM. 
   

• We encourage prospective parents to check out "Heart of the Village" event on February 21st from 11am to 3pm.  
  ​

• The Village School produced a video back in 2005 describing the distinctive aspects of its educational programming. Much of the video rings true today. Click here to see the video.

​​Reminder: All applicants on the current school year's waitlist will need to re-apply each year to be included in that year's lottery. The lottery happens every March for the following school year's classes. The lottery for the 2026-2027 school year happens on Friday, March 20, 2026.
