Roof Upgrades for Village School Site

Proposal Due Date &Time: April 21st, 6:00pm: (if you need extra time, please let us know).
The Village School Foundation is accepting bids on upgrading the roofing on (5) buildings for our site.
General Specifications
Prep inclined decks for retrofit.
Install a 1/2" FanFold EPS cover board.
Install a TPO 60 mil mechanically fastened roof system.
Flash all walls, curbs, pipes and vents with new TPO flashings.
Clean jobsite.
Start work after June 16 2023
Complete work before September 5th 2023
The (5) sand colored roof sections are the areas to be upgraded.
The work is to be done for our building owner, the Village School Foundation, so this is not a public entity bid, and does not require prevailing wage.
