Summer School

The Village School Summer School program will begin Monday, July 5th and end Friday, July 30th.  This program will run five days a week, from 9 am - 12 pm and consist of a rotation of book club reading experiences, movement, art, and hands-on math.  Each child must have appropriate footwear for movement class each day.  Tennis shoes work best and can be kept at school.  Girls may want to wear shorts under skirts or sundresses.

Parents are required to pick up children of all grades at the classrooms at noon, since we have no staff available for outside supervision.  A mid-morning snack will be provided.

Food for Lane County will be on site to provide breakfast and lunch to the children.  Breakfast will be served outside the gym at 8:30 am.  School starts promptly at 9 am. Lunch will be served from 12-12:30 pm outside the gym.  We will not be able to offer supervision during the meals, so if you would like to have your children take advantage of this service, you will need to provide supervision.
